Services
Therapy. Consultation. Supervision.
Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults and center the holistic wellness of Black Womxn, QTBIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ folx in my practice. I also specialize in providing Trans-affirming therapy for trans, nonbinary, and gender diverse folx and those who have questions about gender identity. This includes consultation and assessments for gender affirming medical care such as surgeries or hormone therapy as needed. My approach to therapy is grounded in collective liberatory and social justice frameworks that consider an individual's lived experience within their sociopolitical, cultural, and environmental context. My practice is relational, strengths-based, and client-centered; it is informed by psychodynamic, feminist relational, family systems, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapies.

Consultation
I provide both consultation and assessments for gender affirming medical care such as surgeries or hormone therapy as needed. Additionally, I enjoy working with and offering consultation for caregivers, family members, and partners who have questions or are supporting a beloved child's or adult's gender identity or transition. I also provide consultation and training for mental health and medical providers, organizations, and educators interested in better learning ways to support wellness for intersectional TGD communities.
Supervision
I provide supervision for Social Workers who are accruing hours toward licensure or would like regular clinical and/or administrative support as you grow in your career. I hold licenses in the states of California and Connecticut. I am happy to meet for a consultation to further discuss theoretical orientation, skill set, and fit.

About Me and My Approach to Practice

I am a Black, Queer (they/them) therapist committed to providing quality, culturally attuned, and holistic care for Black Womxn and Queer, Trans, Nonbinary, and Gender Diverse (TGD) BIPOC individuals, families, and communities. It can be a big risk to take the first step toward deepening our relationship with ourselves. I honor that risk, the courage it takes, and the decision to embrace one's vulnerability. I honor this act with a deep knowing that moving into unknown territory and learning how to befriend ourselves is profound. It is radical. It is our birthright. Together we will work to cultivate a safe environment that will allow space for you to deepen your connection to inner wisdom, develop skills and practices to support holistic wellness, and continuously expand your capacity for personal growth, self-discovery, and healing. I will be glad to connect for a consultation to see if I can be of support on your path.
May Healing Abound.
